Trenton, NJ. We provide resources for the “Summer Youth Employment Program,” administered by Millhill Child and Family Development, Trenton Area Stakeholders, and Rider University.
The program links organizations with internships & entry-level employment opportunities to residents (ages 16-21) to help create meaningful work assignments and important job experiences. The program includes 2 days of job readiness training, job consulting placement services, and support to help individuals obtain up to 30 hours per week of work, from June-August. As a result, participants earn money, utilize their new job training skills, and advance their resumes through real-life work experiences.
Over 100 internships have been created since 2018.
