Bev Rosella is our Chief Strategy Officer and Vice-Chairperson.  Bev and her husband, Tom, co-founded GHN with the idea of expanding their charitable contributions by leveraging their personal and professional networks and facilitating the connections between charitable people with skills and resources and charity organizations with need.

Bev’s passion lies in helping orphans and children with autism live a better life, with hope and opportunity for a future of self-sufficiency and giving back to their own communities.

Bev comes to GHN with over 28 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.  She has held positions of increasing responsibility, ranging in areas from Research and Development, to Process Improvement and Re-engineering, to Strategy Development and Execution.  Bev is the Founder and President of Rosella Partners, Inc., an independent consulting firm specializing in Strategy Development and Execution.

Bev is also a co-owner of the Delaware locations of Freedom Boat Club, offering a simple and affordable alternative to boat ownership, and helping members create a lifetime of memories with their family and friends.

Bev is married to her best friend and partner, Tom Rosella, and mother to an exceptional baker, Lauren.  Bev loves the beach, great food and wine, and the newest member of her family, Sirena the labradoodle.
