Mr. McCaul received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and his Masters in Technology Management from Penn Engineering and the Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. McCaul has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with roles of increasing responsibility ranging from Manufacturing operations, Engineering, Operational Excellence and IT strategy. His current role is Vice President, Information Technology at Paragon Bioservices based in Baltimore, Maryland. Paragon Bioservices provides industry-leading GMP development and manufacturing services for cutting-edge biopharmaceuticals with a focus on Gene Therapies.
