President and Chairperson

Tom is a highly motivated influential leader with broad business experience, exceptional conceptual and interpersonal skills, and proven expertise in strategy and business transformation.

Tom’s current business interest includes:

  • Principal at Rosella Partners, Inc., where he is focused on helping clients develop and execute business strategies and transform their operating models
  • President of Freedom Boat Club Delaware, where he is part owner of the Delaware locations of the world’s largest boating club
  • Member of Kieretsu Forum (Philadelphia), where he participates in due diligence assessments on startup companies to help evaluate the viability, risk and potential return on investments for himself and other angel investors
  • Founder and Chair of Giving Hope Network, a 501-c3 non-profit organization focused on youth advocacy and helping individuals with autism and their families

Prior to these assignments, Tom spent 24 years of his career at Merck and Co., Inc., focused on strategy creation and execution.  Following Merck, Tom spent the next 5 years of his career as a successful business consultant at KPMG and TayganPoint Consulting Group

Tom served as a member of the Somerset Hills Learning Institute Board of Trustees and as an Executive Board Member of Central NJ Boy Scouts of America (BSA), where he was the recipient of the Winthrop Rockefeller Award in recognition for his visionary leadership in charitable giving.

Tom is married to Bev Rosella and father to Lauren Miller.  He holds an MBA and a BS in Commerce from Rider University. Tom is a fun loving energetic individual who loves traveling, golf, boating, fine wine, excellent food and walking on the beach with his new puppy Sirena.
