Lloyd Wilky is a past Executive Board Member, and current Alumni member. Lloyd has more than 25 years of finance and human resources leadership experience. He currently is a senior HR executive at Tyco responsible for global talent acquisition and learning delivery operations. In prior roles, he led internal business process delivery for Honeywell and Merck, successfully lowering the cost of operations and purchased services while improving process quality and customer experiences.
After leaving Merck in 2008, he dedicated himself to helping older adults live healthy, free and independent lives by opening a NJ affiliate of Extended Family, founded in Portsmouth, NH dedicated to fighting the common sense that decline is inevitable forcing all older adults to move to assisted living or a nursing home against their will at some point. Lloyd has experienced the personal challenge of trying to help his parents age on their terms. He and his brother were fortunate in the help they recently received with their Dad but it was bumpy and in many ways they just lucked out. He is passionate about helping seniors and their families build solid plans and get the support required to produce superior results. He also is an enthusiastic contributor to Amnesty International, Doctors without Borders, The NJ Nature Conservancy and the United Way of Morris County, NJ.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Specialization from Arizona State University and a Certified Management Accountant designation. He is a graduate of The Business Professional’s Course of The Aji Network and continues in their Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Power program.
