Marjorie (Marge) Chertok’s legal career spans over 25 years with expertise in international, regulatory, chemical manufacturing, technology and telecomm law. Prior to studying business law, Marge developed econometric models for the marketing industry. Her experience with technology platforms, economics and law enables her to provide clients with a unique perspective on complex litigation and business issues.
Most recently, she served as the Assistant General Counsel to Tyco International, a publicly traded company that develops commercial fire and security monitoring products and services. Prior to joining Tyco, she was senior counsel at Ericsson, formerly known as Telcordia Technology. In this role, Marge provided counsel on a wide array of technology and business issues for the telecommunications business. She was also Counsel
at the firm Day Pitney, a Partner at Greenbaum Rowe and an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly Fulbright and Jaworski).
When she is not advising corporate clients, she is providing legal counsel to 501(c)3 organizations serving children with special needs. Marge is currently a trustee to Giving Hope Network (GHN), a global charity, focused on Orphans, Children in Foster Care, Disadvantaged Youths and Individuals with Autism.
