Patrick Smith is an experienced leader with a proven track record spanning over 24 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, with assignments across Wireless, Wireline, MSO/Cable and Back Office operations. He possesses experience across a wide range of skills, including: workforce management (both long and short range planning); business analytics and forecasting; center operation; call routing; project and program management; and product management.
In addition to his experience in the Telecommunications industry, Patrick has led several Program Management offices across 2 of the largest Engineering and Construction companies, supporting various energy and environmental initiatives.
His educational background includes a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and an MBA in Finance with a concentration in Operations Research from Seton Hall University, again graduating with honors. He also earned Master certifications in Six Sigma and Lean Quality Management from Villanova University and has previously been certified as a Project Management Professional.
